Chính sách quyền riêng tư — Ví Nhà Mình
1. Tóm tắt
- Ví Cá nhân và Ví Gia đình (hiện đều miễn phí): dữ liệu thu chi được mã hoá trên máy trước khi gửi lên máy chủ để sao lưu và để bạn đăng nhập máy khác là tự lấy lại ví (Ví Gia đình còn đồng bộ giữa vợ và chồng). Khi thu phí, chúng tôi sẽ báo trước trong ứng dụng.
- Máy chủ giữ khoá ví (được bảo vệ bằng Google Cloud KMS) để bạn đăng nhập máy nào cũng tự lấy lại được ví. Vì vậy về mặt kỹ thuật, người quản trị dịch vụ có thể giải mã dữ liệu ví. Chúng tôi không làm điều đó, trừ khi pháp luật bắt buộc.
- Không quảng cáo, không bán dữ liệu, không dùng công cụ phân tích hành vi (không có Firebase Analytics).

Mã PIN khoá ứng dụng và dữ liệu sinh trắc học không bao giờ rời khỏi máy; sinh trắc học do Android xử lý, ứng dụng không nhận được dấu vân tay hay khuôn mặt.
3. Mã hoá và bảo mật
- Cơ sở dữ liệu trên máy được mã hoá (SQLCipher, khoá bảo vệ bằng Android Keystore). Ứng dụng tắt sao lưu tự động của Android cho dữ liệu này.
- Dữ liệu Ví Gia đình được mã hoá trên máy (AES-GCM) trước khi gửi; máy chủ chỉ thấy bản mã. Mọi kết nối dùng HTTPS.
- Máy chủ chỉ trả khoá ví cho thành viên còn hiệu lực của đúng ví, có phiên thiết bị hợp lệ và vừa đăng nhập gần đây; mọi lần dùng khoá được ghi nhật ký kiểm toán của Cloud KMS. Tài khoản quản trị bật xác minh 2 bước.
4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo. Dữ liệu được xử lý bởi các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng là Google (Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Play) theo vai trò cung cấp dịch vụ. Trong Ví Gia đình, vợ/chồng của bạn thấy toàn bộ dữ liệu của ví và email đăng nhập của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ cung cấp dữ liệu cho cơ quan có thẩm quyền khi pháp luật bắt buộc.
5. Nơi lưu trữ
Dữ liệu máy chủ nằm tại trung tâm dữ liệu của Google ở Hoa Kỳ (Cloud Firestore khu vực nam5, Cloud Functions và Cloud KMS us-central1).
6. Thời gian lưu và xoá dữ liệu
- Xoá tài khoản: trong ứng dụng (Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản mở trang web) hoặc trực tiếp tại trang xoá tài khoản, tự bạn làm được. Chúng tôi xoá tài khoản Firebase, email, phiên, lời mời, chỉ mục ví, ngày hoạt động và ví Cá nhân (bản trên máy chủ và trên máy; lần mở ứng dụng tiếp theo bạn sẽ bị đăng xuất). Muốn chỉ xoá dữ liệu mà giữ tài khoản: Cài đặt → Xoá ví. Riêng các khoản bạn đã ghi trong Ví Gia đình vẫn ở lại trong ví đó vì đó là sổ chung của gia đình; nếu bạn là Chủ ví, quyền Chủ ví chuyển cho người còn lại; nếu ví chỉ có mình bạn, dữ liệu ví trên máy chủ bị xoá.
- Xoá gia đình (chỉ Chủ ví): xoá vĩnh viễn toàn bộ dữ liệu của ví đó trên máy chủ, chỉ để lại dấu đã xoá (không có nội dung) để ví không bị tải lên lại.
- Dữ liệu đã xoá có thể còn trong bản phiên bản kỹ thuật của cơ sở dữ liệu tối đa 1 giờ và trong nhật ký kỹ thuật tối đa 30 ngày. Chúng tôi không bật bản sao lưu khôi phục dài hạn cho cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Huỷ gói trả phí thực hiện trong Google Play; xoá tài khoản không tự huỷ gói.
7. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho người trưởng thành quản lý tài chính gia đình, không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
8. Quyền của bạn và liên hệ
Bạn có thể xem, sửa và xoá dữ liệu của mình trong ứng dụng, và yêu cầu xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào. Liên hệ: diennguyendhv@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy — HomeWallet
1. Summary
- Personal and Family wallets (both free for now): your data is encrypted on the device before it is sent to our servers, for backup and so that signing in on another device brings your wallet back (a Family wallet also syncs between spouses). We will announce any pricing in the app beforehand.
- The server keeps the wallet key (protected by Google Cloud KMS) so that you can sign in on any device and get your wallet back. Technically, the service operator can therefore decrypt wallet data. We do not do so unless required by law.
- No ads, no sale of data, no behavioural analytics (no Firebase Analytics).

Your app-lock PIN and biometric data never leave the device; biometrics are handled by Android and the app never receives fingerprints or face data.
3. Encryption and security
- The on-device database is encrypted (SQLCipher, key protected by Android Keystore). Android auto-backup is disabled for it.
- Family data is encrypted on the device (AES-GCM) before upload; the server stores ciphertext only. All connections use HTTPS.
- The server releases the wallet key only to an active member of that wallet with a valid device session and a recent sign-in; every key use is recorded in Cloud KMS audit logs. Admin accounts use 2-step verification.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. Data is processed by our infrastructure providers, Google (Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Play), as service providers. In a Family wallet your spouse sees all of that wallet’s data and your sign-in email. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
5. Location
Server data is stored in Google data centres in the United States (Cloud Firestore nam5, Cloud Functions and Cloud KMS us-central1).
6. Retention and deletion
- Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account opens the web page) or directly on the account deletion page, by yourself. We delete your Firebase account, email, sessions, invitations, wallet index, activity day and your Personal wallet (server copy and device copy; you are signed out the next time you open the app). To erase data but keep the account: Settings → Delete wallet. Entries you recorded in a Family wallet stay in that wallet, because it is the family’s shared ledger; if you are the Owner, ownership passes to the other member; if you are alone, the wallet's server data is deleted.
- Deleting a family (Owner only) permanently deletes all of that wallet’s server data, leaving only a content-free marker so the wallet cannot be uploaded again.
- Deleted data may remain in the database’s technical version history for up to 1 hour and in technical logs for up to 30 days. Long-term point-in-time recovery is not enabled.
- Paid plans are cancelled in Google Play; deleting the account does not cancel a plan automatically.
7. Children
The app is for adults managing household finances and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Your rights and contact
You can view, edit and delete your data in the app and request account deletion at any time. Contact: diennguyendhv@gmail.com.
